Helloandenjoy – El Salvador

Organic Farm Development Project

I am looking for people who are interested in developing an organic farm in La Union, El Salvador. I believe in doing so, this is my way to help out the community I would have been a part of, had El Salvador not been in a Civil war during the time I was born.

It was not a safe place for my family during my lifetime. Thanks to the new President Nayib Bukele, it is now one of the safest countries in Central America.

My dad talks about the good ole days in El Salvador, and their farm was thriving year around. That is what we are trying to do.

The property is 7 acres large

A mile and a half from the Pacific Ocean/local fish market

and 3 miles from the new international airport development, Aeropuerto del Pacífico.

  • 3 houses, 1st house construction has already begun (2000 sq ft home with 1500 sq patio around)
  • Fresh water available to create reserve water tanks, or spring from
  • Large brick wall and gate along the street for security

The people who qualify for this have these characteristics – are generous, morally about the free will and exploiting the land to provide abundance to the community, world travelers, free spirited in the name of doing the right thing.

The goal is to grow the best tasting food in the community and the world as well as healing to those who participate.

Thank you for your time.

These are the great people who are working hard to develop the space.

The highlighted area in the image above is where the property is located. From the property, one can walk, or take a short drive to the beach. All of El Salvador is on the Pacific ocean side of Central America.

Here are some beaches you can quickly access once you are there: Torola, Maculis, Las Tunas, El Jaguey, and El Tamarindo. The Gulf of Fonseca holds some of these beaches and the best sport-fishing you can find. The image above is a trail called El Espirito De La Montaña (The Spirit of the Mountain). This overlooks the Gulf of Fonseca and you can see several countries landfall and islands. Honduras, Nicaragua, and El Salvador borders all share these waters. There will be plenty to do and see. My favorite thing to do is find the beach and get beat up by waves.
